What is the fastest way to get support?
For technical issues, the Help Center has searchable answers to common questions. For account-specific problems, email support@soloagency.io with your account email and a description of the issue. Paid plans receive priority response.
Do you offer live demos?
Yes! Our sales team offers personalized demos where we walk through the platform using your actual use case. Book a time through the Sales channel above, or email sales@soloagency.io with a brief description of your agency.
What are your support hours?
Email support is monitored Monday through Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET. Scale plan customers have access to extended support hours. Critical infrastructure issues are monitored 24/7.
